DATA OWNER APPLICATION GUIDELINE

1- General information and purpose of use

This application form has been prepared by Ubf Soft Yazılım Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and is used for “Applications to be made to the data controller” within the scope of Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

The applicant will be responded to as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of his/her request.

2- Application method

You can submit your application by filling out this form, by submitting any other written text you wish, or by any method determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, as follows:
